We enjoyed our stay with three dogs and loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff really went above and beyond, arranging a beautiful gondola ride for the family. We also appreciated being able to explore quieter parts of Venice nearby.

disappointed to stay in a cramped room—absolutley not what I expected. Even worse, the kitchen barely works if you use more than one appliance at a time. I almost left a glowing review, but no complimentary gesture or fancy upgrade made my experience feel special, just regular old service. definitely not worth the price.

Aye, this place was nice! Super clean room with a dope canal view. They brought breakfast right to us, and I was feelin' those savory options. Staff was real chill, always ready to help. Coulda used some coffee pods though, that woulda been tight.
